After winning the inaugural 188BET skills challenge at Melwood last year, Reds' midfielder Jordan Henderson is back to defend his crown - and this time he has been pitted against his Uruguayan teammates.
Luis Suarez and Sebastian Coates provide the opposition on this occasion as the three Kop stars go head to head in our latest challenge at the club's training base.
First up it's the 'Crossbar Challenge' with each player given three attempts to hit the bar from the edge of the area, before they each take part in a 'Keepy Uppy challenge' where the last man standing is the winner.
